Service Description
A follow-up session. Can be used when short on time or need a tune up. **Must have had an evaluation or 60 min painworx session prior to booking.**
Cancellation Policy
We understand and respect the hectic schedules of clients. When given sufficient notice, appointments may be moved, or accommodations may be made. Please understand that operating hours are limited, and we are often booked in advance. There is no charge for cancellations received at least 24 hours in advance. If a client must cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, they may be charged 50% of the amount of your scheduled appointment. If more than 10 minutes we will have to reschedule or subtract those minutes from your session. No Calls/Shows - If a client fails to show up for their appointment without giving notice, they will be charged 100% of the cost for the session. Medical History - The client is responsible for disclosing medical history on the intake form to ensure no contraindications (a condition or circumstance indicating that bodywork or stretching is unsafe). Clients are asked to include past surgeries, injuries, trauma, and anything they feel is necessary to note.
